Universitat Pompeu-Fabra
8-9 September 2016

There is renewed interest in the fine-grained lexical semantics of attitude reports (Anand and Hacquard 2009, 2013, 2014, Uegaki 2015, Spector and Egré 2015) and how these distinctions are reflected in the grammar (Moulton 2008, 2009, Moulton 2015), Bogal-Allbritten (2015), Kratzer (2006, 2013). The aim of this workshop is to provide a forum for discussion of new work (including work in progress) on attitude verbs and related topics (see also  Grammar of Attitudes Workshop 2011 Göttingen). The setting will be very informal, with plenty of time in each presentation set aside for discussion and brainstorming.
